Our services will greatly reduce the time and effort of client’s HR and Technical professionals in evaluating the candidates for recruitment. It also saves travel and communication expenses involved in conducting such interviews.
We design the evaluation methods and tools to be used based on the education, skill, and experience profile of the candidates in consultation with client. We have the systems and processes to be a primary vendor and manage sub-vendors providing recruitment services.
Sourcing:
Candidates matching the specifications are sourced from the internal databases, free and paid job-sites & boards.
Screening & Validation:
Offshore processing of the CVs that are received by client through various jobsites, online sources and in response to advertisements. The CVs are screened for fitment against the job specifications; additional information required for validation are collected through forms / checklists and communication is through emails and /or internet messaging.
Skill Mapping & Database Building:
Each CV is thoroughly screened to identify and map the candidate's skills and the internal database is updated appropriately. The CV database is updated and maintained as necessary.
Preliminary Evaluation:
First level telephonic interview are conducted with the short-listed candidates to assess their suitability for the position.
Intensive Evaluation: Candidate will be assessed & profiled for Communication skills, leadership qualities, Selling Skills, Subject Knowledge etc. as per the Specifications. Final short-listing of candidates will be presented to the client and will go through their final assessment and interviews.
The selected candidate will then be made an associate of Heights, who would then be deployed to client and would start delivering the day-to-day requirements.
